This meal exploded my mind. I have never had better beef in my life. The local wine paired perfectly with the meal, and the rice, salad, and soup set complimented the meat exquisitely. I was speechless as we ate, and dearly wished tipping was acceptable in Japan, as this meal could easily have justified a price tag 10x as large. Yoshi was our server, and he was polite and prompt.
