We visited this restaurant for lunch with high expectations as Kobe beef enthusiasts. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of what one would expect from such a prestigious place. Although we clearly asked for the three cuts to be served one after the other, they all arrived at once without explanation, causing confusion and disrupting the tasting order. We then asked to keep two cuts hot, but while the plates stayed warm, the meat lost the freshness and delicate flavors only present when freshly cooked. The meal also felt unnecessarily rushed—plates taken before we finished, courses served too quickly, and staff creating a subtle pressure to leave. For the price, we expected a calm, unhurried dining experience.
