We have never had Kobe beef before. We ordered the 120 oz sirloins and wow. The sirloins were so tender you barely needed a knife to cut through. The flavoring of the beef was amazing. As a starter we were served salad with an amazing homemade dressing and then the soup was very flavorful I actually wanted to ask for more!!! The beef came with rice and tempura vegetables. I can say we never had beef this good. If we were ever in the area again we will definitely be back.
