I was served by the lovely Ms. W. Rin. She speaks good English, so communication was not a problem. I chose my Wagyu based on her recommendation, and I do not regret it. It was simply phenomenal and unique! Along with it, I had a 100-year-old plum wine, which complemented the whole experience very well. A clear recommendation from me.
